Week 1

Well, as promised I started Body For Life this week. It was very difficult to get myself motivated, so I’m glad that I announced it publicly. This is a shot of me on Day 3, which we’ll use as the “before” picture.

My belly is too big, my muscles aren’t defined at all, and look at that extra chin! Starting weight: 252lbs.

Yes, I know weight doesn’t tell the whole story, and I don’t have a “target weight”. I’ve always been pretty heavy, even when I wasn’t this bad. I’ll be fine with weighing 220 if I’m all muscle.
